Our mission is to represent and advance the interests of petroleum products importers through effective advocacy, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, information sharing, and initiatives that support the sustainable development of Rwanda’s petroleum sector.
Our Strategic Direction
ASSIMPER’s mission and vision are supported by four key strategic priorities:

We ensure that the views, interests, and concerns of petroleum products importers are effectively represented in relevant industry and policy discussions.

We engage policymakers, regulators, and other stakeholders to contribute to policies and regulations that support a fair, efficient, and sustainable petroleum market.

We strengthen cooperation among members and encourage partnerships that help address common challenges and improve the petroleum supply chain.
