The Rwanda Association of Petroleum Products Importers (ASSIMPER) believes that the sustainable development of Rwanda’s petroleum sector depends on strong relationships, open communication, and constructive collaboration among all relevant stakeholders.
As the representative voice of petroleum products importers, ASSIMPER provides a platform for dialogue between its members and government institutions, regulatory authorities, private-sector organizations, technical bodies, development partners, and other stakeholders.
Through meaningful engagement, we seek to build understanding, address industry challenges, identify opportunities, and contribute to practical solutions that benefit the petroleum sector and Rwanda’s economy.
Our Approach to Engagement
